Burger King

Terrible service every time I go in there great location doesn't show up on time supposed to open at six gets their way later don't wash their hands when they come in. I ask for a hamburger and they deny me every time and complain it's going to take a while to turn the boiler on. So they turn the bowler on a sat there for 20 minutes and waited.then the manager says all our boiler is not working.its a shame. The burger king at Indian harbor is the best people that work there are pleasant and there is a crowd of people there enjoying coffee and talking and hanging out.cape Canaveral store is dead I work at Cape Canaveral air force station and everybody I talk to at work avoids the place cause it sucks please get new owner or manager

The lady who worked there was top notch. They were out of Frappuccino. She told me if I came back a little bit later she would give me a free one. When I showed back up she smiled and said hey friend treated me like I was a long lost friend made my Frappuccino I’ve included a picture incredible top-notch place for a fast food joint.

I will give 5 stars for the outstanding customer service I received. This is the first time I have ever eaten at any Burger King where the employees actually seemed to care about their customers. The burgers were served fresh and hot despite me having to wait over 8 minutes because they ran out of fries and had to cook more. Even though when we finally received the fries and they were hot, they had a funny taste to them. I think the oil was bad and needs to be changed. Also, the self service soda machines were not working so each time you wanted a refill, you had to wait in line again and have the employees behind the counter refill your drink.

Its freaking Burger king tonight it was really good . But a week ago i went there and they had no burgers the grill was broken. They said all they were serving was French fries. So I say hay let me get a chicken sandwich. And they said we are only serving fries. It is a fried chicken sandwhich. .That stumped them and all they wood say is fries only . So 50/50 on service and food. I hope its your day!!!

The service was excellent and my meal was made fresh. This collectively made my dining experience a very pleasant experience. I must acknowledge that this was due to the customer service provided by the crew present on the morning of December 12, 2019.

Tables looks like know one wiped them down. They got my order wrong receipt machine didn’t work and no lids for the coffee cups

Did the 2 for $6 mix and match with a whopper (my way) cheese, lettuce, tomato and ketchup, and the other, an impossible whopper the same way, ate half the real and then half the impossible, almost couldn't tell the difference! Still going with the beef until there are no more cows to eat! 🙂

I’m a self-employed contractor who admittedly frequents this particular Burger King way too often. A fair number of the staff are friendly and accommodating – but this establishment is run very poorly. Croissants, wraps, coffee lid, creamers, and soda selections are often not available. Keeping up with inventory is management 101 – as is keeping the store front and restrooms up to a satisfactory level. Tossing out old french fries, breakfast potatoes, and coffee would go a long way to achieving customer satisfaction. If you wouldn’t eat it yourself then don’t serve it. The overall feel of the experience here is making it difficult to continue my patronage.

As tourists, we walked to this astronaut location for breakfast. The service worker at the front was trying to fix the register tape and two other employee were standing there. No one acknowledged us even when they looked right at us. We continued to wait. My 7-yr old asked why no one was talking to us. It was at that moment, we decided they to walk out. They didn’t want or deserve our business. Very poor customer service in an area geared for tourists equals low sales. No one that restaurant was empty. We decided to walk to McDonald’s instead.

The worst. Really could not have had a less enjoyable experience. Was given the wrong food and was yelled at by an employee that somehow I mixed it with the other guest. Management didn't care... should have realized when I saw the 3.0 score on google. Yikes

I tried the impossible whooper today. It was really good. I totally agree with others, you can't tell a difference between this and real meat. I will differently go back for this again.

I went there with my son for his 31st birthday. All he wanted was an order of mozzarella sticks and 20 of his favorite nuggets. I ordered them for him, his face was beaming with excitement. His number came up, I could see the hunger in his eyes. We take his feast from the cashier with glee. When we sat down however, he wanted to dig right into his meal. That was his first mistake. He bit into the chicken nugget and it was colder then the Arctic Tundra, and harder then a diamond. He was appaled, he spit it out. He wanted to wash down the awful taste with a his favorite mozzarella sticks, but alas, they were no good too. The cheese had turned a putrid green and orange color. My son died that day, and he never got the experience he wanted at his favorite establishment.

Water leaking from ceiling with puddle in dining room. Had to wait almost 5 minutes for cashier to acknowledge us while she was counting pennies at the counter. Very slow to get food, even though there were only 3 people in the store.

Very slow service and the lady that was working was very rude... No Hi may I take your order... No have a nice day... Absolutely nothing... What happened to being polite... And specifically asked for no onions... And guess what. There were onions.... Is it that hard....

I no longer go to this location. This is not a knock on Burger King, just this location. After several bad experiences, cold onion rings, no ice in the soda fountain, messed up orders, long wait on food when they were clearly not busy. The biggest issue was the completely indifferent staff when addressing problems. So, I will drive 15 minutes to the next closest BK rather than the 3 minute trek just down the road.
